Resolviv, Inc. ("Resolviv," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Resolviv platform, including mobile applications and the website at resolviv.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Platform.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently. This policy applies to all users of the Platform, including both service requesters ("Users") and service providers ("Providers").

- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- We store only the last 4 digits of your card, transaction IDs, and payment amounts for record-keeping.

- Certifications and licenses (uploaded photos)
- Availability schedule
- Earnings history and payout records
- Ratings and reviews from Users
- Device Data
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- IP address
- Location Data
- Approximate location (city/region level) — used for matching Users with nearby Providers. Collected automatically.
- Precise location — collected only for in-person services and only with your explicit consent. Used to calculate distance and enable navigation.
- Communication Data
- Conversation logs within the app (used for service quality improvement)
- Audio and video calls are not recorded unless you explicitly consent to recording for quality assurance purposes
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To match you with appropriate Providers, facilitate service requests, and enable Live Guided Action sessions.
- Platform Improvement: Anonymized conversation data helps us improve our multilingual platform’s ability to match and assist users in 12+ languages.
- Safety & Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Payment Processing: To process payments between Users and Providers through Stripe.
- Communication: To send service updates, receipts, and important platform notifications.
- Analytics: To understand how the Platform is used and improve the experience for our community.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card data directly. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Twilio — Phone verification (OTP), SMS notifications, and voice/video call infrastructure. See Twilio’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Cloud Platform — Hosting, infrastructure, and data storage. Data is stored in the United States.
- LLM Providers (OpenAI/Anthropic) — Powers our multilingual chat features. All conversation data is anonymized before being sent to LLM providers. No personally identifiable information is shared with AI model providers.
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With Providers: Limited information necessary for service delivery (first name, service description, approximate location for in-person services).
- Payment Processors: Transaction data shared with Stripe for payment processing.
- Law Enforcement: When legally required by court order, subpoena, or applicable law.
- Safety: When we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or violations of our Terms.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active, plus 30 days after account deletion to allow for reactivation.
- Conversation logs: Anonymized after 90 days. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for AI improvement.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
- Provider certifications: Retained while the Provider account is active; deleted upon account termination.
- Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data retained indefinitely for business insights.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.

- Incident response: We maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected users within 72 hours of a confirmed data breach.
9. Children’s Privacy
Resolviv is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. 10. International Data Transfers
Resolviv is based in the United States, and your data is processed and stored on Google Cloud Platform servers located in the United States. If you are accessing Resolviv from outside the United States, please be aware that your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
For users in the European Union or European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection for international data transfers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice through the app and/or email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
